Malta’s fastest growing start-up in the property management/hospitality sector Zzzing is looking for a commercially driven business development executive to join their dynamic team of experts.

As part of Zzzing’s commercial team, the selected candidate will take a leading role in the day-to-day running of the sales division, be entrusted to strengthen Zzzing’s property portfolio, explore tech driven commercial opportunities, initiate powerful partnerships with third parties,  participate in marketing-driven initiatives to attract more travellers to Malta and be at the heart of the brand’s growth and development.

 

If you consider yourself to be an outgoing target driven personality, commercially driven with good leadership skills, the ability to work in a team and enjoy networking opportunities, then we’d love to get to know you.  The self-starter we’re looking for must be able to take initiative and work without constant supervision. Experience in real estate is a plus. 

Here's what a day with the Zzzing team will be like. Your duties will include:

    • Building of Zzzing’s property portfolio 
    • Driving commercial opportunities for Zzzing’s state-of-the-art technology
    • Identifying and executing strategic sales opportunities for corporate partners
    • Participating in initiatives to attract travellers to the Maltese islands 
    • Monitoring all OTA channels to ensure sales consistency
    • Communicating accurate sales forecasts 
    • Driving growth for the business, reaching targets

    • Proficiency in both Maltese & English
    • Motivation driven by KPI’s.
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Leadership skills
    • Digital Marketing skills 
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
    • Experience in real estate is a plus
